How to earn daily points:

1 point- for every 30 minutes of exercise
1 point- drinking 48-64 oz water (1 per day)
1 point- keeping a food journal (1 per day)
1 point- at least 4 servings of veggies (1 per day)
1 point- no soda (1 per day)
1 point- no dessert (1 per day)
1 point- at least 3 fruit servings (1 per day)
1 point- 6-8 hours of sleep (1 per day)
1 point- sticking to your meal plan (1 per day)
1 point- personal goal (may change each week, 1 per day)

Additional points:

3 points- weekly personal update post every Monday (including intro post, at least one per week)

1 point- for every % of weight lost al the end of the 6 weeks

2 points- POP CHALLENGE!- having completed one of the 10 daily point options on a random day
We each take a week where we secretly pick a day and randomly pick one of the ten daily point options, post a "pop challenge" the next morning and the rest of us might get the extra points if we had done it! (The person in charge that week hopefully gets the points as they had already picked the day.)
